1: When will my order be processed?

Currently all orders are pre-ordered. Orders received will be shipped within 3 weeks of purchase. 

WE DO NOT SHIP OR DELIVER ON HOLIDAYS & WEEKENDS.

2: Do you ship orders outside of the United States?

YES! We ship to most international destinations.

* Shipping options may vary depending on the delivery restrictions in your country. Not all shipping methods may be available. * Exact shipping prices are unknown until you proceed through the checkout process. * Additional fees such as taxes, duty, or brokerage may be requested upon delivery or billed in the future from USPS (United States Postal Service) and your local customs department. Orders weighing 5 pound or less: USPS Standard – Delivery time = 7 – 10 business days. USPS Global Express – Delivery time = 3 – 5 days

Orders weighing OVER 6 pounds: USPS Standard – Delivery time = 7 – 21 business days. USPS Global Express – Delivery time = 3 – 5 days

3: Do you ship to military addresses or P.O. Boxes?

YES! We ship to most international destinations.

4: What is your return policy?

Only items that have been purchased from this website, via phone, or in person orders can be returned according to the following policy.  Once you process your order(s)/transaction(s) with us, you 100% are agreeing to our terms & policies.

- Every product is satisfaction guaranteed or it may be returned only for EXCHANGE of the valued price of the product (not including shipping).  We DO NOT give refunds.  Only EXCHANGES.  Customers will be responsible for all shipping costs unless the product(s) received was damaged.  Customer will be responsible for shipping the product back to our business address and is also responsible for the shipping cost of shipping the product back to you a second time.

- All returns must be sent back within 35 days of the invoice date.

- Any returns received within a 90 day period, must be an exchanged ONLY.  Again, we DO NOT do refunds for any reasons.

- All other returns will be sent back to the customer.

- All returns MUST be in saleable condition and include its original packaging with tags attached.

- If you order a product and the sizing is not to your liking you are free to exchange your product(s); but you are still responsible for 100% of all shipping charges.  (There are 100% no refunds; exchanges only.)

- Please note that your exchange item may be out of stock by the time your return is received.

5: What are your shipping/handling rates?

All shipping rates are based on the weight of your items and the location of your shipping address. Exact prices are not known until you reach the shipping section of your check out process.

7: How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Please remember: Currently all orders are pre-ordered. Orders received will be shipped within 3 weeks of purchase. If your order fits all authorization criteria then your order will ship on time. We do not ship or deliver on weekends and holidays.

USPS (United States Postal Service) = guaranteed 7 to 10 business days.
